#Terms of Service — Dr0x

Provider: TrashNFT ("we," "us," "our")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dr0x mobile application (the "App") and related services (together, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

##1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

##2. The Services

Dr0x is a read-only NFT portfolio tracker and analytics tool. Features include:

  • Multi-chain NFT portfolio dashboard (Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, APE Chain, HyperEVM).
  • Real-time floor prices in both native token (ETH, MATIC, APE, etc.) and USD.
  • Smart collection floor-price alerts with push notifications.
  • Collection Health scoring system (informational analytics only).
  • Mint Radar with personal reminders and push notifications.
  • Wallet activity notifications (sales, incoming transfers, mints).
  • Optional account creation via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.

Dr0x does not facilitate cryptocurrency transactions, NFT purchases, sales, or transfers. No funds are ever stored or managed within the app.

##3. User Responsibilities

By using Dr0x, you agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Dr0x API or backend services.
  • Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Safeguard your private keys and seed phrases — Dr0x never requests them and we are not responsible for compromised wallets.

##4. No Financial Advice

Dr0x is not a financial advisor. All metrics, Collection Health scores, floor price alerts, and analytics provided by the app are heuristics for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You should conduct your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses or damages incurred while using our Services.

##5. Intellectual Property

The Dr0x app, its design, code, scoring algorithms, and branding are the property of TrashNFT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. NFT images and collection data are sourced from public blockchains and third-party APIs and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

##6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that market data is accurate, complete, or up to date. Third-party API availability (OpenSea, CoinGecko, etc.) is outside our control and may affect data freshness.

##7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrashNFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.

##8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Dr0x after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
