#Privacy Policy — Dr0x

This Privacy Policy describes how TrashNFT collects, uses, and handles your information when you use the Dr0x mobile application and related services.

##1. Information We Collect

To provide the Dr0x service, we may collect the following information:

  • Wallet addresses — public Ethereum-compatible wallet addresses you voluntarily enter or search for. These are public on-chain identifiers; we never request or store private keys or seed phrases.
  • Sign-in identity — an anonymous user identifier issued by Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In when you choose to create an account. We do not receive your full name or email address unless you explicitly provide it.
  • Push notification tokens — device tokens (APNs for iOS, FCM for Android) used solely to deliver alerts and reminders you configure.
  • App configuration data — custom floor-price alerts, mint reminders, and collection search history you create within the app. This data is linked to your sign-in identity so it syncs across reinstalls.

Dr0x is a read-only portfolio viewer. It does not facilitate cryptocurrency transactions, NFT purchases, or sales, and no funds are ever stored or managed within the app.

##2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to deliver core application features:

  • Display your NFT portfolio across supported chains (Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, APE Chain, HyperEVM).
  • Send push notifications when a collection's floor price crosses a threshold you set, when mints go live, or when wallet activity is detected.
  • Save and restore your alerts, reminders, and search history.
  • Provide Collection Health scores and market analytics sourced from public APIs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

##3. Third-Party Services

Dr0x integrates with the following third-party services. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy:

  • OpenSea API — fetches NFT collection data, floor prices, and wallet holdings from publicly available blockchain data.
  • CoinGecko API — fetches live token prices (ETH, MATIC, APE, etc.) to display USD equivalents.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivers push notifications to Android devices.
  • Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — delivers push notifications to iOS devices.
  • Apple Sign-In — optional authentication; provides an anonymous user identifier.
  • Google Sign-In — optional authentication; provides an anonymous user identifier.
  • Neon (PostgreSQL) — our cloud database provider that stores push tokens, alerts, and reminders.

##4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data stored on our servers, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access-controlled databases. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

##5. Children's Privacy

Dr0x is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

##6. Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time. To do so:

  1. Email us at trashnft1@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Data".
  2. Include the wallet address(es) or sign-in method (Apple/Google) associated with your account so we can identify your records.
  3. We will delete your push tokens, alerts, reminders, and search history from our servers within 30 days.

Public blockchain data (wallet transactions, NFT ownership) exists on-chain and cannot be deleted by us — it is inherently public.

##7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Dr0x after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
